Terms of Service

Effective date: March 3, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using WrenchMap (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

WrenchMap is an online directory that helps consumers find mobile mechanics in their area. We do not employ mechanics, guarantee the quality of their work, or act as a party in any transaction between you and a mechanic.

3. Directory Listings

Mechanic listings are compiled from publicly available sources and direct submissions. WrenchMap makes reasonable efforts to keep information accurate but does not warrant the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of any listing. Always verify hours, pricing, and availability directly with the mechanic.

4. Lead Forms

When you submit a contact or lead form, you authorize WrenchMap to share your information with the mechanic you are contacting. You represent that any information you provide is accurate and that you are at least 18 years old.

5. No Warranty

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. WrenchMap does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Service.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WrenchMap and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service or your interactions with any mechanic found through the directory.

7. Third-Party Content

Mechanic listings may include links to external websites. WrenchMap is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of any third-party site.

8. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Scrape or harvest data from the Service without written permission
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to interfere with the Service's infrastructure

9. Intellectual Property

All content on WrenchMap — including text, design, logos, and software — is owned by or licensed to WrenchMap. You may not reproduce or redistribute it without prior written consent.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
